Of the Month Nomination

Have you heard about a successful program? Do you know an outstanding RA or FM? Do you have a great advisor to your student group? Has a faculty or staff member gone out of his or her way to help you? Do you know a student who should be recognized?

At Ashland University we are privileged to have such an amazing group of people who work hard and provide programming for our residence halls and it is time for them to be recognized. “Of The Month” or OTM’s are awarded each month to a student, faculty or staff member, resident assistant and advisor. But we need your help! We need nominations!

The following steps will guide you through the nomination process:

1. Pick up an “Of the Month” nomination form for either a PERSON or a PROGRAM; there are different forms for each. These forms will be available in the residence life office or can be downloaded from the staff resources online.
2. Fill out the form.
3. Return the form by the first Monday of each month for the previous month (so the October nominations are due the first Monday of November). You can submit online by e-mailing the form to epinkus@ashland.edu or return the form to Betsi's mailbox in the residence life office.
4. Tell the person that he or she is doing a great job!
5. Wait to hear the results!
6. Nominate someone next month!
