Request for Co-Sponsorship with RHA Any organization that would like RHA to offer assistance with a program should complete this form. Note the following: All signage/publicity must state co-sponsorship with RHA and RHA meeting times/location. All events must target residential students. All events must be sponsored by a recognized student organization. This request form must be submitted at least two (2) RHA meetings before the event. If given any financial assistance, original receipts must be submitted to the Office of Residence Life within two (2) business days after the expenses take place (copies may be used only if the original receipt is required by another campus department) Application to Join the RHA Executive Board Any residential student wanting to be a part of the RHA executive board (with the exception of the president) should complete this application. Note the following: Be sure to refer to the list of each position's specific job responsibilities and a list of expectations of all executive board members here. Applications for the current academic year are accepted on a rolling basis. Applications for the next academic year will be due in April (more details will be provided later).
