About RHA
The purpose of the Residential Housing Association (RHA) is to develop, initiate, implement and evaluate policies regarding campus housing. RHA is also responsible for implementing a variety of programs for resident students. Every person who resides on campus is a member of RHA. All RHA meetings are open to Ashland University residents. Student attendance and input are encouraged.
RHA is a part of the the Central Atlantic Affiliate of College and University Residence Halls. CAACURH is one of eight regional affiliates that are part of the National Association of College and University Residence Halls (NACURH).
The vision of NACURH is the following: The National Association of College and University Residence Halls, Incorporated, recognizes living on campus as an integral part of the college experience, and therefore strives to be the organization of choice for residence hall leaders by providing comprehensive resources for college and university students seeking to create the ultimate residence hall environment and experience. Through conferences, information lists, and other resources CAACURH strives to improve residence communities and build leaders throughout the region.
As part of this mission CAACURH focuses its resources on members schools who are in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, Delaware, West Virginia and Washington D.C.
